Just back ( now in Spokane ) from crewing and pacing Sarah lowell at the Badwater 135 ultramarathon. It was a crazy year with rain threatening to drown us before and during the race. temperatures got up into to 12o range on the first day but cooled off to 75 at night and stayed cool in the 100's for the second half of the race. Sarah was determined to beat the 48hr cutoff time to receive here buckle. Flying in at "blistering" pace to finish in 45:34 check out the finish photos here. http://badwater.com/2008web/shows/2008showCK16/pages/_7161132.html
Full race report and more pictures when I return to Bellingham this weekend. Also pictures and story from the devils backbone 50 mile
